This extension cable is perfect if you want to move your wireless receiver to the outside of your property.* With a fully weatherproof female end, you can safely run this USB extension cable outdoors to your wireless receiver. The advantage of doing this is that the wireless signal will not be impeded by any thick walls, which will ultimately strengthen the signal for your wireless or wire-free security cameras.
*Not all Lorex wireless receivers are weatherproof. Please refer to product documentation before installing outdoors.
